It seems that the people who are complaining about the parking at Cascade Terrace are usually the ones who can't follow rules. The parking rules are built for and around the tenants of the complex. It's very simple -- park in your assigned parking stall and if you have guests who want to visit, have them park in the stalls assigned for visitors, or have them park on the street outside of the complex. How hard is that' The people who end up getting parking tickets are the people who park the car somewhere they shouldn't as a matter of convenience.
The management does a good job of educating new residents on the parking policies. The majority of residents who live here don't end up getting parking tickets, just the ones who don't want to follow the rules.

That's not true because I got a ticket for parking in my own assigned spot, then went to the office to have them take care of it, and they said they would but then proceeded to send me to collections and it was a huge mess. Basically they said I never brought my ticket in, and I did! Huge hassel and now I have a mark on my credit because of it.

Yes I agree with the approve response. I also received tickets for parking in my own stall. The management did take care of it, but I did receive collection letters. Brian from this company (Parking Enforcement Services) is a mean, mean man that does not listen to the apt management. Be foreworn!
