Cascade Terrace Apartments

Horrible place to live and visit From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/15/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I've lived in this complex for the past six months and parking has been a nightmare. I have an assigned spot and once I got a ticket for parking in that spot. There are only four visitor spots in the entire complex, so any guests you have must park nearly a mile away. If they park in any assigned spot, they will get a ticket within minutes (no joke). The office staff has been a pain to deal with, and have lost checks and important documents they said they'd take care of. Not only that but the place is pretty noisy and you can hear people walking above you. The walls and doors in the apartment are paper thin and you can hear everything! Would not recommend! Also, if you turn in your rent a day late, you get an $85 late fee!
