Nice, if cookie-cutter From: sl0th Date posted: 3/29/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   Is this place going to win any design awards' No. It's a very "Eastside-like" complex right in the middle of Queen Anne. But the perks are nice... the units are large, you don't have to spend money on a gym membership, and (limited, yes) parking options are available. Whenever I had any repairs needed they were taken care of immediately. And it was always great watching the 4th of July fireworks from the rooftop deck.
