Cascade Terrace Apartments

A definite yes!!! From: lovingit37 Date posted: 4/8/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I have lived here for more than a year now and the management staff is great. Maintenance always gets things in my apartment done in a timely manner. Ruby the manager is a very understanding nice lady and Sherine is her new Assistant that just came in I think a few months ago, and she's great too (she always offers me cookies). The old assistant was never there everytime I would go into the office, but I think it has definitly gotten better since the staff change!!!!!
