My fiancee lived here for 3 years and I for 1, and we really liked the place. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Maintenance was always prompt and friendly. Our only problem with neighbors was one who liked making bass heavy music at 4 am. Grounds were much improved when they started providing waste bags for pets in the common areas. Most of the other tenants are friendly, especially if you have a dog.

The building is tucked away, and high enough up the hill to keep the bums out. The whole area is well lit at night, and we felt very safe.

Our only major issues we had were:

Parking. The spots are a bit small, and are sometimes filled by non tenants. When this happened it was quickly remedied by the staff (tickets and towing). They provided a FREE parking spot to tenants with motorcycles which was awesome. Can be a little tough for guests to find parking, so we always told them to park on Taylor.

Overhead lights in the kitchen have non standard bulbs which only the maintenance staff have, so getting them replaced requires a call.
