Great Location, High Priced, parking problems From: squid101 Date posted: 10/10/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   Located on Queen Anne Hill. On 4 buslines. 5 minute bus ride to downtown. Very close to freeway and Seattle Center. Pets are allowed. Apartment are way overpriced. $1080 for a 2 bedroom with one bathroom. Better not have lots of furniture, or you will be stacking it on top of each other. No kids running around. All young professionals in this complex. Parking is a serious problem. You better get home by 3p.m. or you are parking on the street and taking your chances if your car gets hit or not. Besides that, it is a great location and the property is well kept.
