Centennial Plaza

The court at Cenntenial- not too shabby! From: courtfloor2 Date posted: 8/3/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   We live in the extended studio at "the court" portion of Centennial Plaza and we are pleased residents. Parking: The garage is safe (but the spots are ungodly small)..get used to a 3 point turn trying to get into your spot...but once your car is situated there are hired emplyees that check the garage multiple times throughout the day, so you don't have to worry. Noise: If you live in an apartment facing 3rd avenue and not the alley- you will live a life of silence. Apartments: For a studio the lay out is livable..NO closet space!!! 1 closet for your clothes, towels, vacum, shoes, jackets, ect..(but as with any facility there are 20 different variations of this apartment- just make sure to check your closet space before you sign). The floor to ceiling windows are GREAT and they paint an accent wall for you, so everything isn't sterile looking. The biggest draw back is the size of the kitchen..with 2 small places for counter tops and only 2 cabinets for your dishes and food- you learn to take advantage of all the cool restaurants in Belltown! Tenants: eveyone I met has been nice, security is great, hallways are clean and quiet. Amenities: the court is a couple years newer than the tower, so everything works right and looks hip. Location: This is why you live in the court at Centennial..all your friends will meet at your place before you go out, you NEVER pay for cabs, you can walk to great restaurants and to happy hours!! Overall, if you are a young person in your 20s that wants a cool apartment and isn't stressed about space- live here. We are pleased tenents!!
