Comments from Management From: juliesteil Date posted: 3/4/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   It's difficult to read some of the comments by those who claim to be existing/former Residents of Centennial Tower. We make a point of reviewing the comments posted and investigating all the comments, rather they be positive or negative. We have found that the majority of the negative comments are made by Residents who caused damages to their apartment home and feel the charges we assessed were incorrect. We take a great deal of pride in our levels of customer service offered to our customers! We also realize there are those who feel they have been treated unfairly. Unfortunately, we cannot meet some customer's requests. We hope you base your opinion of Centennial Tower on your experience and hope that it is a great one! APEX Realty Management, Inc.
