Yo!

They just don't care

I live here and for the most part it is an okay place to live. The biggest complaint I would have is with the common areas (community room, weight room, etc...).

For example:

Weight room - equipment not kept up well, weight machine broken and not fixed

Community room -
*groups of guys allowed to control the TV ALL THE TIME, excluding other residents (some people seem to LIVE over there in that room!!)
*table chairs were broken and never replaced, furniture is not updated, took a year for mgmt to get fireplace working properly

Exercise/pool area - groups of young people harrass residents (usually later at night), makes it difficult to work out when you want

As long as you don't venture out of your apartment to use any of the amenities, life is good (except for the noise!!, but hey thats downtown living).

Note: In case you are wondering, I still live here because its gotten progressively worse and my lease hasn't come due yet.
