Never again will I move anywhere that apex realty management runs..(not that there are any) but I want to re-cap my experience here. I moved in a little over 3 years ago. Whe I moved in there was different management, and I felt treated very well. The were all friendly, the door man worked, and I never had problems with the manager. Granted parking was a pain, but overall everything else was nice. Then, the new management came. From the day I met the new manager, I knew I was going to have a problem. She disliked me from the word go, and it was very apparant to both me and my husband. There were several times that I would walk by and notice the snickers or stares. I have no idea what I did to this woman to make her be so aweful. I tried to talk to her, and basically got pushed out the door. My experience went from great, to below satisfactory. I read the comment on here from a Julie Steil. I think that it is humerous. I had called her several times, and I was never important enough to call back. But they" pride themselves with outstanding customer service" Who are they kidding' To make a long story short, i would look long and hard before renting at the Centennial. I found somewhere else where the prices were better, view is awesome, and the manager is great. When it comes to the Centennial, thanks, but no thanks.
