Not so great

I lived in the building next to the tower on the top corner apt. The noise from the fire station wasn't a big deal at all, you could hardly hear it and if you're a normal person, you're used to normal city sounds anyways. That's why you're living in Belltown. The place was great but there were a few downsides:
1. The staff sucked. They were a bunch of -------s and the managers were extremely demeaning to their subordinates.
2. There was construction for the entire year I lived there right outside my bedroom window. Yup. A year. Started at 7am. It was pretty hard to sleep.
Besides 1 and 2 it was pretty decent, and barring any future construction (which was on city property, not building property) I'd say the place is alright. If you don't need to talk much to the leasing people then you can ignore #1.
