I was very upset with the treatment I received when I moved out of Centennial Tower, but after reading other dramatic reviews of this building, I think I was lucky. I lived there for 10 months, and the major (MAJOR) problem is the UNBEARABLE noise of the sirens from the fire department in the next block. The staff was basically friendly, but I was very disappointed when I left. Despite a written agreement on what I should pay at the end, I was charged another amount for cleaning, carpet shampooing and touch-painted. Despite multiple requests, I never got a written reply to my dispute about these charges (and I am still waiting for one refund). There must be a better place where to live, especially one with better business ethics.
