Really great place to live!

We actually just moved out of the Court at Centennial (left WA state). But our year there was very pleasant. Nice and quiet and the facilities (pool, fitness, spa) are well kept and never crowded. Though they really should add an ab machine to the mix. The only maintenance issue we had was a dead microwave. It was fixed within 24 hours. The most surprising thing was that we got all of our deposit back (less $59 for carpet cleaning and paint). If you've lived in many apartments, you'll know that this is unusual. Generally, management keeps at least $200 for upkeep and they often nickel and dime you after that. All the way around, the Court at Centennial was a great place to live. I highly recommend it.
