I concur with everything mentioned by the other person to write a report. In addition I would like to add that it took a year and half to get screens for all of the windows. In order to get them I threatened them with having to replace the articles of clothing which had holes in them from Moths. OH, and the manager/owner that was mentioned in the other report wanted to know what I had done with the screens...."because we don't rent apartments without screens!" Also, I was promised that my place would be painted prior to move in. Not only has it not been painted(2.5 years later)the same manager/owner argued that my apartment had been painted. Again, "because we don't rent apartments that haven't been painted." That is why there are holes in the wall from the previous renter's art. She also argued that the patios are cleaned once a year....this too is a lie. They have never been cleaned....except when my neighbor and I have done it ourselves. That was no easy task....since you have to get a water hose and connect it to your hot water heater(and pray that you have connected it good enough that it doesn't leak in your closet) down the hall through the living room with white carpet to the balcony. Only to use all of your HOT WATER. So, after you are finished cleaning your filthy patio you have to wait to take a shower because you have no hot water. This lady was so infuriating that I asked to have it in writing that I would never have to deal with her again. Also, it has been over a month since I turned in a maintenance slip for my dishwasher that doesn't work, still. It is the third time I have had to have someone to come out and repair my dishwasher. The fourth, if you count the time they sent the Lawyer and Accountant to see what was wrong. Not that either of them knew how to repair a dishwasher. I found that I to be rather insulting....as if the imply I didn't know how to operate a dishwasher and there was nothing wrong. So, of course that added to the time it took to actually have someone who was trained to work on kitchen appliances come and repair it.
In short, this place is not worth the headaches despite the fantastic view. Sanity is priceless!
