I moved out of the chasselton not too long ago, a couple of reasons. First of all is the new managment. They are TERRIBLE! Leeann is the best person you will ever meet, but the new people, Yvonne and her hubby are awful and rude. When I moved in to the chasselton, Glen was the manager, and he was there until recently. He was always friendly, talkative, and if you ever needed anything you could always go to him and leeann. However, Glen is gone, and from what I have seen and heard, Yvonne and her man are not good news.

First of all, he insists on vacumming at 8AM on a SUNDAY morning. I do not mind the sirens of the neighborhood, or the loud people or doors slamming, but having a vaccume rammed into my front door early on a weekend morning just ticks me off. I passed by him several times while I was in the building, and he is cold. If you say hello, he will say nothing. He won't even look at you. I thought maybe he just couldnt hear me, so I would say it louder the next, but nothing. He would look up from what he was doing and just look at me, and never say anything. I thought maybe he just didnt talk to anyone, but I could hear him and Yvonne yelling in the apartment regularly and I know it was him cause the door was open and I saw them as I was entering the building.

Lately the once beautiful plants and flowers that lined the buildings side, have become overgrown, weedy and covered in garbage. The security in the building has become increasingly compromised.

Leeann is the BEST person in that building. She cannot do everything though, and sadly, the tenants who love her are going to have to leave because of the new people.

Make sure you understand what you are getting yourself into before you move in there. Ask to meet ALL of the management before you move in. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

I am a current resident of the Chasselton and I agree with you that Leann is great, but it's her son you have to watch out for. He has a trumped up ego as the building's "security guard" and has a tendency for "tattling" on tenants to his mother for exaggerated 'problems' of his own embellishment. Also, Tony and Yvonne are wonderful and warm managers, I have had no problems with them at all. In fact, they've made my experience living there great.

You are not paying attention if you think Yvonne and Tony are nice people. You'll be thinking of this posting when they F you for some crazy, made up reason that popped into Yvonne's nappy head.
