Loved everything but the management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/4/2004 Years at this apartment: 1991 - 1994   I had a top floor apartment which was wonderful. The only problem was that the person below me was incredibly loud and rude and management allowed the behavior to continue. In addition, the building common areas and hallways were rarely cleaned. The owner, Ian Moffat, did not respond to complaints made by myself and numerous other tenants, but is a neat guy who is animal friendly. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
