They'll do anything to take your deposit! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/29/2002 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2002   I lived in Cherry Hill for 3 years paying more than $37,000 and guess what' They billed me two days because I moved out on Saturday when the office was closed and they collected the keys on Monday. I gave them the notice in time and they told me to drop the keys and there will be no problem. In addition to that, I asked them to call me before doing the inspection...they didnt bother and charged me $30 for the oven cleaning and $50 for the carpet! No wonder people working in their office often disapeared after a few months or just a few weeks.
