So lived here for 15 months. Horrible experience thus far only 13 days left in my lease and I can not wait. The manager does not know how to keep residents I pay 910 going rate for a rental 15 months ago now able to find WAY better apartments for 750. I am moving to a 2 bedroom 2 bath newly renovated just up the street (Avalon). Asked for a reduced rent and was told no way. I have paid my rent on time everytime been a great tenant done my part in making sure to pick up trash as i see it and take out residents trash left in the hallway. The manager is the worst ever I do not know how she even still has her job!!!!!
