Me and my current roommate have lived here for almost 9 months our lease is up. We are only moving because we dont want to live together anymore. Otherwise we would of deff resigned for another year! The place is pretty awesome. Never had any problems. Parking is always easy, pool and hot tub were awesome to have! I highly highly recomend this place. The manager is a really friendly person as well. Very respectable and likeable. They have a professional attitude which is good when it comes to living somewhere. If you are looking into them, i recomend living here.

Wow, really? Were you wearing earplugs everyday all day. CityWalk is SO noisie! Not to mention that right next door is an even better property! And cheaper about $300 a month cheaper. With new green applinances open space and a view of the city. Oh, by the Citywalk take $300 out of your deposit for an addministration fee.

The administration fee you get told up front about. We paid it upfront when we moved in. The place is not that noise. I only heard people upstairs but its because the people were noise not the apartment and they moves out a long time ago and never heard the next people that moved in. Sorry that you had a bad expierence but I loved living here!
