Great Deal, Good Managers, Medeokre location. From: roywilkie Date posted: 2/28/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   For what we paid we got a huge place and a gigantic deck (only 4 of them in building). The managers Bret and Lisa are awesome, very nice and almost always around to help. They sign for packages, let you in if you lock yourself out. Lisa thoroughly cleans the public spaces very well. They've always fixed anything wrong in very little time (except the rooftop deck, which has been closed for over 1 year).. What SUCKS is the neighborhood. The Bowling alley is a creepy place with mean people, and loud a**holes who scream for no reason in the parking lot in the middle of the night. The parking garage has had break-in after break-in, including ONE CAR STOLEN.. my wife's pursh got stolen out of her car, parked on the street. But I guess thats why the price is so low (for two bedrooms).
