I have lived here about 1 1/2 years. I could not be happier with the management, building and other tenants. The property is very well taken care of with frequent maintenence being done. For new years, each tenant was given a box of chocolate and bottle of wine! My friend who is a property manager is impressed with the management here. I plan to live here until I buy my own place. Also, I am surprised by the bad reviews, perhaps bitter ex tenants.
