small - but dog friendly From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/17/2003 Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2002   depends on the manager..now they are in a good phase, but the people living in the building are super friendly and most are dog owners. the units are small studios, and very small 1 bedrooms. good starter apartment till you find something better--highway noise and church bells can roust you out of a nice sleep.
