Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
 
Did not feel safe here. When I lived at the Clocktower, a man broke in to a woman's apartment, attacked her, and stayed holed up in the place until the SWAT team came and tear gassed him out. Lots of people just "hanging out," lots of noise.

Parking spaces are too small, too. Horrible neighborhood (hypodermic needles and used condoms at the bus stop).
