Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
Sketcy area, 2 exotic dancing places withing a mile or two, alot of car dealerships, a Metro parking lot and other things.
The apartment buidling next to it is a bit scarry, but there is a decent fence and gate.
The staff was always excellent, all work orders were done same day and done WELL. The grounds crew was ALWAYS either repainting something, blowing leaves, or something else.
