Not so bad but...

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
 
I'm a current tenant of one bed room.
I have not had any serious safety problem in this apartment.
Howeverm our neighbors are not so gentle.

The problem is very expensive rent.
When I came in this apartment, the rent was $750 for small one bed room.

If you do not like "scary neighbors", I definitely do not recommend. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
