An oasis in bad neighborhood

My apt is great and affordable. Brand new appliances, fireplace, new carpet, deck, very nice and quiet. You get a lot for the money because the neighborhood is not good but to me it is worth it. The building is well managed, the apts are spacious and modern and clean and quiet.
