I thought my experience at clocktower was great. I'm far enough back so that I don't get bothered with some of the outside noise that occurs late at night. The management is great and the maintenance staff here tries to keep the grounds up as best they can. Although sometimes they are overcome with the lack of respect that some of the tenants have for this property. The neighbors here are great, I have never had a problem with noise. I wouldn't recommend this apartment for someone who was afraid of a sketchy neighborhood. There are definitely shootings occuring on this street although I have never experienced or heard of anything happening to a tenant living here on this property. This is a perfect apartment for a student as the bus system is perfect for a UW commute. Another problem with this place is the aweful parking. They designed the spots to be on top of each other which makes it inconvenient to get in and out of your car at times.
