Clean, quiet, and comfortable

I've only lived here for a month now, but I am VERY happy with my decision. The parking situation is less-than-perfect, but a lot of properties in the city seem to have this problem. I'm a bus rider most of the time and there are FREQUENT express busses (less than 2 blocks away) to downtown that only take 20 mins. The staff are all very nice nad helpful and the grounds are ALWAYS very well kept. I wouldn't call these 'luxury' apartments, but they are very well kept and affordable. Also, maybe I'm hard-of-hearing or something, but when the doors and windows are closed I can't hear ANYTHING outside of the unit. The surrounding neighborhood seems a little shady, but with a gated parking area, secure buildings, and a night security service the complex is quite secure. The fitness area is kinda small, but it has everything necessary to get a great workout and is always available. They are resurfacing the pool this year, so it should be great when completed. I really think these are at least worth a look if you are apartment shopping.

So, as an addendum, last Saturday my water heater began leaking. I called the office to let management know, expecting it to be dealt with Monday or later. The manager called the maintenance man in and he had my water replaced in less than 3 hours from the original complaint. I was completely amazed.
