Now that more time has gone by and management has still not fixed the water billing problems after they breached my addendum, and since they have continued to IGNORE me, Ive decided that the manager is simply dishonest and deals in bad faith. Its a strong statement but it is what I personally believe based on my experience. "Average" construction quality does not for luxury make and the age and lack of sound-proofing are taking their toll as the structure has prematurely aged. Oh -- and yes, they did cut down most of the trees. But they put up those nice little property "flags" and are really big on signage. Too bad the signs dont solve the problems. --3/11/03
Property Not as Advertised--Very Disappointed

They dont have cable, only Millennium Digital satellite feed which only has about 4 usable channels to complex. Signal bleed to bldgs is really bad and max channels are 10. No high-speed internet access. I suppose if you count a phone line as "internet access"... No tennis courts (at park down the street only). High resident management turnover. New owners and managers in Summer 02. Resident manager ignores written requests and questions, they stockpile dead appliances and furniture, charge high rates for water, caused problems on water billing and resident manager keeps mishandling. I can hear my neighbor snoring!! All this and they charge "luxury" rates. Not a good value for the money in the end. Keep looking.
