If you can't find anywhere else

The club at bitter lake was a last resort for us since our lease was running out. We were having trouble finding a place so we took a 6 month lease and moved out. The management was difficult to deal with, when they were there. They did deal with our one maintenece problem, faulty fridge, quickly though. They never quite had the parking situation figured out and it was pretty much a nightmare, unless you don't mind not having a place to park. You do get one space, but if you have to cars, good luck. They said they usually didn't take much out of the deposits, but they did, and it wasn't because we left the place a mess. Maybe I had an atypical experiene, but I didn't enjoy living there. There are a few good points. The fairly close freeway access is nice, as well as a park and grocery and other stores are close. Like my summary states, I would live there again for a short term, but don't unpack all your stuff.
