Yo!

Parking in this place is a nightmare

I have lived here for almost a year now and I have a couple of major complaints, other than the 1 assigned parking space, (which is incredibly narrow, I hit a pole trying to park. its even more difficult to park if a longer vehicle is parked across from the spot) I usually let my G/F park there and I find another open spot on the complex, which is difficult unless you don't mind walking all across creation to get to your apartment. To add to that where the majority of the buildings are located there were 3 open spots, and until just the other day there was really just one! one of those open spots had a Red Camaro in it for over two months that didn't move. The other spot was marked reserved a few months after we moved in, which I don't quite understand because when I went to the office to ask about getting a second reserved spot and being more than willing to pay for it they told me that they didn't reserve spots for people. except the covered ones. how very odd.

my other main objection is when we were looking at apts. we liked this one because of all the trees along the property we moved in and had a wonderful view of a grassy area with alot of trees which provided some extra privacy. so we also weren't looking directly into other peoples apts. but a few months after we moved in and a property management company called S&J Management took over they cut down a large majority of the trees wrecking our vey picturesque view, and also ruining our privacy.

since the beginning we have been having notices left on our door about improvements being done to the buildings and being told that people may need to enter our apt in the next two days or so. for those of you who don't know it is a lwa that they have to give you at least 48 hours notice before the management or anyone else that the management has hired can enter your apt. a law that they have neglected upon numerous occasions. We will be leaving as soon as our lease is up and unless they can do something to change things I will never recommend this place to anyone SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
