Not a good place to live at all

I have a long list of complaints, starting with the problem we had when we moved in with the w/d unit. First of all, all of the appliances in this complex are outdated and need replacing. The dryer in our unit did not work, and after 8 (yes, 8) calls to maintenance and various "fixes" they finally replaced the unit.
-The carpet looks like it has not been replaced in years and its that cheap carpet that wears out.
-The new management cut down most of the trees - our unit was afforded a lot of privacy, which is one of the few reasons why we picked this place. Then I get home one day to find the big, beautiful tree in 100s of pieces on the ground. I was PISSED. The answer I got was "They were doing more harm than good". Now are we not only WIDE OPEN to the parking lot, the noise from 130th is louder.
-This complex does NOT provide recycling facilities.
-The parking is horrible...we never invite anyone over because its guaranteed parking will not be available. Also, because of this, many people think its okay to park in other peoples reserved spots, which has happened to us on numerous occasions.
-Recd a notice to vacate because rent was not paid. We left our rent check in the drop box as always. It was probably lost by the office. They were gracious enough to waive the 50.00 late fee, but we still had to pay $25 stop payment on the previous check. No apology from mgmt. Checks just don't walk away by themselves!
These are just a few of the complaints I have here. Our lease is up and were looking for a new place to live. We cant wait to get out of here!!
PS: The surrounding neighborhood is poor too.
