I have lived here for a few months and have had no problems. I am not sure why these others have had such a bad experiance here but mine has been nothing but good. The people in the office were nothing but friendly and the guys who do the repairs are great. Every problem we have had has been fixed right away. The apartment is great. It has everything we need and having a balcony with storage is awsome. The only complaint I may have would be the parking spaces are a bit tight but it is nice that they are reserved and coverd not to mention free. Most places charge for parking. Over all I would recomend this place to anyone.
