I love it!

I have just gone through some of the past reviews people have written and it makes me laugh. Things about trees being cut down and notices being put on the doors. People that's apartment living. Wouldn't you rather the property where you live put a notice on your door to let you know whats going on in you community' I should think so!
I moved here about a month ago and have dealt with S.J. Management before and love it.
The Club is kind of like it's own little community seperate from the rest of Seattle. Yes it's close to 130th and Greenwood but the noise is not as bad as these people make it out to be. Picky people!
More people complain about the bad things rather then taking the time to talk about the good things.
Probably the people who didn't pay their rent on time and thats why they received a notice on their door. Oh Boo Hoo!!!
Yes they cut down some of the trees. Why' Because the trees were Poplar trees. Now anyone who has had them before knows that they are not strong on break very easily in bad weather! Would you rather have privacy or have a tree fall onto your home' Think about it!!!!!!!!!
I suggest if you want to know more about the property don't judge by this website.
Just ask some of the people who have lived here from 1989 to now. They're still happy.
We all know bitter people aren't accurate!
