don't live here

While the overall appearance of the property and the staff is excellent at first glance, I don't recommend moving in. The apartments are way overpriced for what you get, the parking sucks, and it takes forever to get the staff to do anything around the property. The appliances in the units are old and outdated, and generally don't work well. The staff seems great at first, until you have to deal with them about a problem or concern. They are completely unwilling to help when they should, and hard to find. Sure the office is supposed to be OPEN from 9-6, but the two people that are paid to be there all day are never there to answer questions or anything. Also, the parking in this place sucks. There needs to be excess parking, not just one per unit. You have to realize that most apartments have 2 adults living in them, and usually each adult has their own car. Good luck finding parking for that second car!
