My husband and I lived here for over a year. Upon moving in we had our car tampered with , a broken water heater, a very poor heating system (its imposible to keep it warm) a leaky window, that starts leaking when ever it rains ( which living in Seattle!!!) horrible un professional managment, and to top it all off... on day I came home from work, to find a car parked in my spot, and when I went up to the car, there was a guy and a hooker turning tricks in the car... In my spot. I guess that would explain why there was always used condoms on the ground in the parking garage, it must have been there secret spot! Nice huh. The managment, left alot to be desired, there are never there, and when you do find one, the are almost always rude and bitchy! As for the so called amenities... Dont count on anything nice, the " work out room" what a joke, There is a few weights and a crapy treadmill that will just stop and lock after 20 mins. Be careful! Parking sucks dont plan on people wanting to come over, because the will have no place to park, and when they get there they will all have to sit next to the tiny heater that hardly works, or the will catch a cold! For the longest time, the hall way smelled like Cat pee which is also very inviting. Over all, I think this place is a dump!! I wouldnt even tell people I hate to live here!!!! So before you sign that lease, do your homework, and do not be fooled by the cheery managers once the lease is signed you may as well be a fly to them, a inconvinence they have no desire to deal with!
