We recently got married and were looking for a nice place to live. When we were looking at this place they had told us that certain things would be fixed and we have now been her for 7 months and none of those things have been fixed. We had mold growing in our bedroom because there was a leak in the water heater and it took several times for them to come over and look at it. We called the owners of the appts. and they were very nice about the situation, when we mentioned it to the management that we had talked to them they were very upset and rude to us. The worst thing of all is the smell in our appt. We have people below us that smoke all the time and it is so bad that we can't open our cupboards in the bathroom or kitchen without getting blasted by nicotine. The parking is horrible, it's hard because even though we have a covered spot, they are very tight and small, and the ones that aren't covered are usually taken. All in all we are not happy with this place at all and can't wait to move. If you want a nice, quiet, smoke free, and everything in place that works in your appt. than do not rent here....
