I'm looking forward to it, actually -- please read!

I was looking up the address online tonight and found this site. I honestly don't think these people are talking about the place I looked at (a couple of weeks ago), and have decided to rent.
First of all, the management is extremely courteous and responsive. They have been extremely kind and helpful, I think the comments on this site are pretty harsh. I believe the manager has lived there for many years. I really liked the idea of a manager that actually wants to live at the property.
The complex seems quiet -- I talked to a couple of residents before I made my decision -- they seemed friendly and forthwith. They had lived on the property for several years and generally only had nice things to say.
The location is fantastic (right on the bus line, close to everything) -- the apartments are a generous size and from what I can tell (I looked at about a half dozen units before deciding), are kept up extremely well, the maintenance man has been visible and on-site both times I have visited. I also noticed the area where packages are securely kept for you if you're at work.
The property on the whole is extremely quiet -- considering how many people live there, and once you're inside a unit if you close the doors/windows, you can't hear a thing.
I promise I'll write again after living on the property for a few months to confirm my initial observation, but honestly I don't think this website gives the property due credit.
