Club At Bitter Lake

I've lived here for a year now and love it to this day! From: bitterlake1 Date posted: 7/12/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I have lived here for a year now and have no complaints at all. Nothing has changed since the day I moved in. I'm still just as happy, if not happier. I'm really surprised with the comments people have written about the Club. I completely disagree and think their comments should be taken off of this web site. I also feel that most of the people who write reviews were probably just mad because they were evicted for something they had done. They're probably mad a management so they make up things to try to get back at them. DON'T LISTEN TO THEM! Management and maintenance are great, polite, and very helpful. They're always right on top of things. If you let them know what the problem is they get in there right away and fix it. I don't think the people that complained took the initiative as an adult to actually call and put in a work order. Management can't read minds people. You must take it upon yourself to have common sense to get something taken care of. It's not that hard. Okay sometimes management staff isn't always in the office. I understand that they get really busy and sometimes have one person working in the office at a time. This is a very large community and sometimes they have to go into apartments, walk the property, and run errands for the property. It goes along with the job. If you use that thing on your neck called a head you would call the office and leave a message. They always call right back. Trust me. It works. Sadly enough the great people here feel the need to defend our property and staff because of a few bad apples. Don't fear, they're gone now. This is my home and I want anyone to know that reads these reviews that this will continue to be my home now for years to come. I love my neighbors and I love my community. I hope you will to!
