I don't know where these people that have written reviews get their information from but I'm happy here.
I have had all good experiences with management and maintenance.
My neighbors are great too. It has a real sense of community that I was looking for and found in Seattle. Trust me that wasn't easy to find. Don't get me wrong there's a few people that live here I could do without and I'm sure the management company could as well. Whinning and complaining. Luckily I don't see them very often.
Overall I have enjoyed my stay so far and hope to for a long time to come.
