Absolutely Ridiculous.

1. They're in the process of selling the complex. 2. The mgt has LIED about the safety here -- cars are broken into and vandalized here -- weekly. Which is ridiculous if they supposedly have on-site security. 3. They'll enter your apartment, with or without your permission. I've never lived anywhere where the mgt entered as many times as this -- maybe it's bc of the upcoming sale, but this is ridiculous. 4. As others have stated, you can hear pretty much everything your neighbors are doing, which is I guess par for the course. But the mgt truly is not as together as they need to be, I think possibly b/c they're both a little too young to be managing a complex this size.
I do not feel safe here and that's a horrible feeling to have in the place you live. I would definitely not recommend this place -- and certainly not if you're thinking of buying one of these units as a condo. Sad because when I first moved here I liked the place well enough, but it's gone downhill.
