Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007
Soon after I moved in, I discivered there was a termite problem. The old owners didn't want to pay the money to fix it correctly so I have to move out of my apartments off and on for months so they could fumigate. Then they were bought by a big company - well, I still had to move out agai a couple times, having clothes and a coat ruined in the process because they were painting and I was trying to go in and out of whereever they happened to have an empty apartment to put me while carrying cats and their necessities.
Eventually the rtermite problem is finally solved, but then I move out and find out that they had filled out and signed a welk through though we never had one. I was then held accountable for damage that was there when I moved in and only got half of my deposit back.
Of course this is also due to the managemnt changing about 58 times in the time I was there, gotta love that corporate BS!
Oh - and the carports. They are designed poorly so that the poles holding up cause dents and scrapes of white paint on the sides of almost every car in the lot if you have one of those spots! Except for the clever person who put carpet around it - why didn't I think of that''!!
