Not the best place to live because its overly priced for the small apartment and terrible mold issues. Living in an apartment without a vent in the bathroom one can imagine how difficult it would be to prevent mold. Your only provided with a small window that does little for ventilation. I was told upon moving in that the best way to prevent mold is to turn on the heater in the bathroom because it decreases moisture or whatever (Doesn't make much sense when paying for electric bills have to be considered). I will say that purchasing mildew/mold killer ($12) did wonders for my apartment. But another downside is that the hot water tank allows me only 15min. showers before it starts to turn cold. However, there are others i know in the apart. that say it lasts longer(I guess it depends).

You also have to be careful with the heaters because even when it doesn't warm up the apartment too much it will leave your walls black from what i image is dirt build up from inside. HOw i'm going to get rid of it I don't know; but i'm sure i'll be charged when I move out. Also there is no parking available for visitors even during the day. Only on weekends and from 6pm to 6am on weekdays can you park for a charge of $5. Similarly, there is no parking on the streets around this area either for more than a few hours, its a real b*&%$.

Other than that I guess its alright if your looking for a small living space and kitchen but great size rooms (if your lucky to get one without a sliding wall that connects one bedroom to the living room). But bad idea if you want privacy! The other plus is that its real close to the college campus and near by tons of restaurants and shops! YOU HAVE TO ASK ABOUT LEASES SMALLER THAN 12MONTHS for an additional ($50/month); OTHERWISE THEY WONT OFFER. ***but be careful b/c when we originally asked they said they didn't do less than 12month however when asked again later they gave us the offer of 9month with additional $50/month. A little scandalous if you ask me.
