Hello. I have lived in the College Place Apartments for allmost 4 years. Whoever posted the statement in the first post obviously has not lived in other apartments in this area, because these 2 bedroom apartments are huge compared to most around here, and reasonably priced at around a $1000. Parking is reasonable at $60.00 a month. There is paid parking in the back of the building 24/7, so again, I don't think the person who wrote the first review gets out much or something. There is parking on the street out front that does not have pay stations like allmost all the other streets around here. The managemnt is awesome and has promptly taken care of any of our concerns we have had. We had some mildew at first until we opened the window(an inch) when showering as stated by the management which worked perfectly. No problems after that. The other building that I used to live in years ago had a way worse problem. The location couldn't get any better for UW. Super close, plus right off the ave where there are tons of places to eat & shop!! I have referred several friends over the years that have moved in without any complaints either. The management does not allow party's so it's not noisy either. It's a very safe & clean place also, and alot of cool neighbors. I just kinda felt like I should respond to this because what I read in the only post for this place just wasn't true for anyone I know. I didn't even know this site was here. Have a great summer & see ya next year!! Chris;)
