This complex has its ups and downs...
The ups: - spacious bedrooms - lots of closet space - fairly quiet(no parties written in lease) - blocks to UW campus (Condon Hall is literally across the street) - resonably price for the quality - covered parking for $60 a month. ( you can also pay to park in the lot in the back for like $70 through diamond parking) - ample washers and dryers (5 each) for the complex - excellent managment and maintenence (Dave and Brian are excellent and will always help) - stays fairly warm in the winter (We never turned on our heat, and were fine) - have pest control come so there are no bugs! :)
The downs: - no vent in bath can make for a hard time with mold and whatnot but there is a window you can open to get some ventilation. - small kitchen (can't have 2 people working at once) - no dish washer - no pets (I have just really wanted a kitten forever) - hard to get a cross-breeze in the summer when you really need it!! - can only have comcast as your cable provider (I hate comcast) - parking spots are small, so if you have a larger vehicle...good luck.
All in all, this is one of the better complexes in the U-distrcit. It is 3 blocks from the Ave so eating and shopping are close by. I would recommend this place if you do not need a dishwasher and you have a lot of stuff that needs to be in closets. :)
