Colonial Garden Apartments

This Place is better than its ever From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/9/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I have lived at Colonial Gardens for three years now and Joe the Mananger has turned the place around. He has kicked out all the TRASH and he does not take any ---- from anyone. I even see Joe working outside and painting. This is the best place to live now that it has turned around.
