Commodore Duchess Apartments

Excellente!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/1/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Very happy to live here! We've lived here for one year, and have no complaints, except for not-so-good parking situation: expensive and far away. Apartments are very cute and have character. Our south-facing unit glows with the hardwood floors when the sun is shining. Not expensive considering ALL utilities, ethernet, AND phone are included in the price (1 bedroom in the $800s). Excellent location, too bad it's only open to UW students. In the day it's bustling with activity, and at night it gets pleasantly quiet -- not like the upper U-District. Chang, the head maintenance guy is awesome. Work orders filled often within hours of request. Office staff awesome, too. Friendly and very efficient. Will beg to stay when we graduate and have to leave.
