Don't Move Here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/29/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 1 response   Fist note that this building is over 100 years old and lacks some modern amenities such as ventillation in the kitchen and more importantly in the bathroom. Walking down the hallway and smelling the aroma of your neighbors feces is quite an experience. Mold! Mold! Mold! Banging pipes at all hours the night, inconsistent heat from the radiators. Faulty fire alarms going off at 2 in the morning due to dust. No screens on the windows so there are bugs! Doorknobs fall off. Washing machines are broken off and on. People leave their crusty laudry in the washer for weeks at a time. Currently building a new building right next door so there is loud construction during the day. Rent increases each year.
