Pros: Perfect location directly across the street from Campus, utilities are included which is always a plus, the elevators work, lived on top floor on eastern side of building for two years which has great view of campus and Mount Rainier, walk-in closets even for studios, thick walls so hardly hear neighbors, on-site laundry have more than enough machines so never have to wait, staff is friendly and attentive to tenant needs, although there's no reserved on-site parking you're within walking distance from everything especially the college inn downstairs which is completely within stumbling distance. Cons: Expensive, little counter space in the bathroom, the entire building is dry in the fall and winter months due to the heating so you get shocked whenever you move (fixed with a humidifier in apartment), the water pressure is really low which becomes a problem when showering, major bus-line on north and east side of building so is noisy at all hours, recently experienced a flood in the whole building (but they are currently renovating and fixing the problems caused), no on-site parking available, single-pane windows so it gets cold easily, there's been a 15% increase in rent each year that I've lived here. There's only been one bad experience that I can think of and that's when my toilet was leaking. The maintenance staff was notified right away and came to fix it only to find that it can't be easily fixed, it took 3 attempts to seal the leak and the water pressure was decreased to half the power so clogged easily or took twice as many flushes and I only have a month left in my lease so decided to deal with it instead of putting up with having my entire toilet replace while I still live here. Overall I've enjoyed living here an don't regret the decision to live here. It's not perfect, but if you're researching apartments on this site, you'll soon learn, none of them are.
