Concept One Apartments

Great, affordable Belltown living! From: dirtysouth Date posted: 6/28/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   Ive been living here a little more than a year and I love it. The building isnt brand new, but the management has kept it in amazing shape. 2nd Avenue can be very noisy at night, but thats all a part of living downtown. ;) Mostly they are just drunk hipsters, but there is the occasional junkie fight (Needle Park is on the next block). I never hear my neighbors though, unless they are partying out on their balcony. The building is secure and extremely well-maintained. The manager that came on earlier this year is alright, but no where near as the last one. After a lot of shopping around, I found this apartment to be the best value for my money and then some. The layout is unique, large kitchen, plenty of closet space, decent size porch, bay windows in the bedroom, affordable on-site storage available, cat-friendly, roof top deck with stunning views of the city and bay, fun neighborhood. I just cant say enough good things about this building. I am moving to Texas in a couple of months and will miss my little apartment and this lively neighborhood.
